How to Apply
Signing up is as simple as 1,2,3,4!
1) Complete the online application below.
2) Provide adequate proof of employment - photo of license, business card, paycheck stub, etc.
3) Patiently wait for our lovely staff to verify the application and set up your account.
4) Prepare to be dazzled.
Application processing can take up to a week depending on volume. We cannot accept applications without proof of employment.

Your privacy is important to us. Any information you provide for the Field and Freedom Program will be used solely for program verification and communication purposes. We will never share, sell, or distribute your information to any third parties.
Field & Freedom discount is 30% off Prois products with some exclusions.
Discount is intended for the applicant and/or immediate family members.
It is not to be used for resale of Prois items.
Discount extends to the end of the calendar year, but is easily extended to the next year. Instructions for that process will be issued near year end annually.
