Return Policy

Prois Hunting offers a 30-day from receipt of product, return period.  All item(s) must be returned in new, re-sellable condition with original tags and packaging.

Items purchased as gifts are subject to this Policy.

RETURN

  • To return/exchange item(s) enter the order number and the email used to place your order.
  • If you are having difficulty finding your order number, you may log into your Prois Hunting Account.

EXCHANGE

  • Make note of both the item and color you would like to receive, prior to submitting your return.
  • Choose exchange as your return method.
  • Once your return has been received and approved your exchange order will be released with standard shipping.
  • Order and tracking confirmations will automatically be emailed once your package has prepared to ship.

Be sure to check your spam/junk folder if you do not find your email confirmations in your inbox.

CAN MY REPLACEMENT ORDER SHIP BEFORE YOU RECEIVE MY RETURN?  Yes. Purchase the item(s) you want in return which will be processed based on our Shipping Policy.

  • Choose refund as your return method.
  • Once your return has been received and approved a refund will be issued to your account.

WILL I RECEIVE A DISCOUNT ON MY REPLACEMENT ORDER?  Yes.  Please email Customer Experience  your replacement order number and we will honor the original purchase price.

RETURNING YOUR PACKAGE TO PROIS HUNTING
Once your return request has been approved, a prepaid shipping label will automatically be emailed to you.  Print and affix the label to your package and drop it off at the local carrier shown on the return label. *US orders only.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Please ship your package with a carrier that provides both insurance and tracking. We do not guarantee we will receive your return.

Shipping Policy

Orders with standard shipping, received before 11:00am CST will ship the same day (not including weekends or U.S. holidays). Standard ground orders received after 12:00pm noon CST will ship the following business day. 

Orders received on weekends will ship the following Monday. During peak it is possible orders will take 2-3 days to ship. All purchases are filled and shipped in the order received.

Once your package has been prepared to ship you will automatically receive a tracking confirmation email. Progress may be checked anytime after 5:30pm CST once your confirmation has been received. Please be sure to check your junk/spam folder if you are unable to locate your tracking information in your inbox.  

Track your package by entering the tracking number into Google or directly by the shipping carrier.

STANDARD SHIPPING

All packages ship USPS. 

TWO DAY SHIPPING

Two-day Shipping is available for continental US orders placed before 10:30am CST, shipping the same day, delivering on the second business day from purchase date. Orders placed after 10:30am CST will not ship until the following business day (not including weekends or U.S. holidays). Delivery is not available to P.O. Boxes.

P.O. BOXES

If shipping to a P.O. Box your package will ship FedEx Economy Shipping. 

FREE SHIPPING

As a thank you, free standard shipping (FedEx Economy Shipping.) is offered on orders exceeding $150 USD or more.

Shipping charges may be subject to sales tax depending on the tax laws of the state the order is being shipped to.
