Próis Return Policy

If at any time you are not 100% satisfied with your online Próis Purchase, you may return it to us for refund or exchange. Your satisfaction is our goal. We will accept any item returned in it’s original, unused condition within 30 days from date of purchase.

Returns must be shipped via US Postal Service or pre-paid UPS- No C.O.D.’s will be accepted.

If you desire a refund, we will issue a credit to your credit card for the returned item(s) purchased from the Próis Hunting Apparel website. Returns and refunds for Próis Hunting Apparel purchased through retail stores should be conducted through the store of purchase.

If you desire an exchange, an “in house” credit will be issued that can be used toward a future Próis purchase. Again, exchanges for Próis Hunting Apparel purchased through retail stores should be conducted through the store of purchase.
